Cyprus and International

Within Cyprus, excluding the occupied part of the country to the north, goods are usually delivered via GAP Akis Express or via the company’s delivery fleet. For international delivery, goods may usually dispatched via Cyprus Post office Airmail or EMS Datapost. The customer shall indicate his preference(s) and the seller shall provide quotations on the preferred delivery method(s) for evaluation. 

Shipment shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping details provided and ZAFETTA ELECTRICAL LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information leading to returns. No shipments are made to P.O. Boxes. In the case of overseas customers, the delivery period will vary depending on the dispatch method chosen.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after payment is received. However, the seller will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer as a result of unavoidable delays in delivery.

If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered to the address specified and they will have to be returned to the seller, the conditions specified under Returns above shall be applicable. ZAFETTA ELECTRICAL LIMITED’s liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no extra charge. Additional delivery charges may be applicable if a delivery cannot be completed as a result of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

All goods must be signed for on delivery or collection by an authorized adult aged 18 years or over. By signing the delivery note, the recipient accepts the goods in his care and agrees that they have been received complete and in undamaged package. The customer or his authorized recipient has the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

Our Distribution centre do not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday and/or public holidays)

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay you may contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.

Please be aware that for International Postage – items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item’s customs value. We  declare the item’s customs value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

 As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

  • – delays from customs inspection.
  • – import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.
  • – brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.
